REGIONAL MASTER FRANCHISEE (RMF)

As Regional Master Franchisee (RMF), you are supposed to look after the marketing and growth in any part of the state. Of course, you get the support and policies from the company, but practically it is your region and you have to decide the working of various channels. You will appoint District Master Franchisees (DMFs) under you (one per district) and manage the whole district through them. These DMFs are then supposed to appoint Brain Master Center Franchisees (BMCFs) under them. All DMFs will report to you while you will report to company

DISTRICT MASTER FRANCHISEE (DMF)

As DMF you are suppose to look after the marketing and growth of a district of your state. You get the support and policies from your RMF OR Company and you have to decide the working of all Brain Master Center Franchisees. You will appoint Brain Master Center Franchisees under you, and manage them. All Brain Master Center Franchisees will report to you, and you will report to RMF / Company.

BRAIN MASTER CENTER FRANCHISEES (BMCF)

As BMCF, you are the actual person who will manage the imparting of education to students. Your role shall be of managing your own Center only. You have to look after the marketing and growth of your Center. You get the support and policies from your DMF/RMF/Company.An investment of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 5,00,000 may be required based on your choice of business model/franchise option.
